Maroon 5’s frontman, Adam Levine, has amassed millions from his successful career as the lead singer and the face of his famous band. From his earnings in making music over the decades, the Payphone singer was able to afford grand properties, including this home in Hollywood Hills. The estate was originally a house that had a ranch theme, but he renovated it and transformed it into something more modern as well as more fitting to his personality.

Adam’s investment also included a massive terrace that faced the city and his pool on a lower level. The deck had palm trees all around it and pillows here and there to make hanging out more mellow. Generally, the vibe is welcoming but certainly luxurious.
