PAULA CARLENE NELSON

Paula Carlene Nelson followed in the footsteps of her father Willie Nelson in the music scene. She was born out of wedlock and when Willie’s former wife found out, she immediately hired a divorce lawyer. Willie then married Paula’s mother, Connie Koepke.

As a country music artist, Paula released a total of five studio albums, including Coming Home, Lucky 13 and Under the Influence. She has also worked as a disc jockey and is an expert on car racing. In 2014, however, she was arrested for illegal drug possession while on tour in Texas and went to jail for a short time.
