Robin Christensen-Roussimoff

André the Giant became famous for his feud with Hulk Hogan at WrestleMania in 1987. Suffering from gigantism and acromegaly, he was dubbed “The Eighth Wonder of the World”. He ventured into acting in the 1970s and 1980s, starring in The Six Million Dollar Man. Other series he has appeared in include A Gun for All Seasons and B. J. and the Bear.

André’s only child is Robin Christensen, a stranger to him since before his death in 1993 from congestive heart failure. Robin now lives in Seattle and loves to attend Comic Cons where she represents her father.
