Duncan Jones

This picture shows Duncan Jones, the son of music icon David Bowie with his first wife Angie Barnett. Duncan is a success in his own right, winning the BAFTA Award for Outstanding Debut by a British Writer, Director or Producer for his 2009 film Moon.

Duncan holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from the College of Wooster and studied for, but did not complete, a doctorate at Vanderbilt University. He pursued his passion for filmmaking and graduated as a director from the London Film School in 2001. In the meantime, he has made six films and we are looking forward to more.
