Juan Pablo Escobar

Pablo Escobar may not be a Hollywood actor, but his celebrity brought him instant celebrity status. In 1993, Pablo Escobar was shot dead by the Colombian police. Although his father was known as a drug lord, Sebastián Marroquín tried to live a life away from the public eye. He completed a degree in architecture and preferred not to be associated with his father.

He therefore chose a new name, Sebastian, instead of using his real name, Juan Escobar. In 2014, he wrote and published the book “Pablo Escobar – Mi Padre”. He stated that part of the proceeds will go to the victims of his father.
