AVICII – SUICIDE

It is a known fact that music can heal and transcend language barriers. This is, perhaps, why Avicii’s work as a DJ was able to move so many across the globe. Even today, his music is still well-loved. His chart-toppers, “You Make Me”, “Hey Brother”, and “Addicted to You” are still celebrated and played on air. Avicii, born Tim Bergling, also gets credit for helping introduce electronic music to a whole new generation—making it more mainstream than it originally was.

Due to health issues, however, he had to retire from doing live performances. Sadly, the 28-year-old artist took his own life in 2018.
