ANTOINE ASHLEY – HEART FAILURE
Drag Queen, singer and reality television personality, Antoine Ashley, who most will know by the stage name Sahara Davenport, died of heart failure in 2012 at the age of 27. She was a contestant in the second season of Netflix’s hit show RuPaul’s Drag Race and was able to release the single Go Off after the show. To her credit, the single was able to reach no. 35 on the Billboard Hot Dance Club Songs chart.
Ashley also appeared in a number of music videos, including Gettin’ Over, a song by David Guetta and Chris Willis.
