RICHARD ATTENBOROUGH – HEART FAILURE

Politician, actor, filmmaker and entrepreneur, Richard Attenborough, who many will remember for playing John Hammond in Steven Spielberg’s Jurassic Park (Hammond was the fictional character who owned the park), passed away five days before his 91st birthday due to complications brought about by the stroke he had a few years earlier. He had, to his credit, a career that spanned six decades, with a slew of awards under his belt as a director.

Unfortunately, the stroke he had a few years back left him in a wheelchair. Prior to his death, he reportedly sold his estate to live at a nursing home with his wife.
