STEVE JAMES — PANCREATIC CANCER

Actor, stunt performer, and martial arts expert, Steve James, who’s known (relatively speaking) for the corny catchphrase “I’m gonna git you sucka!” died in his home from pancreatic cancer in 1993. He was somewhat of an action star in the ‘80s, and the roles he often played were that of over-the-top kung fu characters who frequently recite one cheesy line after another while simultaneously kicking the crap out of dozens of bad guys.

To Jame’s credit, many enjoyed his campy films during the ‘80s—he wasn’t really Best Actor material, but at least he was on screen, entertaining people.
