Alex Trebek, 80, And Jean Currivan Trebek, 57—23 year difference
Host Alex Trebek married Jean Currivan in 1990, and they bore two kids, Emily and Matthew. The lovebirds met at a party in 1988 and instantly hit it off. There was some degree of intense attraction that happened that night because Alex invited her to his home later that evening for dinner. Their 23-age difference is not so shocking, especially in Tinseltown. This year, the pair would be celebrating their 20th wedding anniversary.
Their two children are also currently successful: Matthew, now 30, is a restaurateur, while Emily, now 27, is a real estate agent. Before marrying Jean, Alex was married for six years to businesswoman Elaine Callei. He adopted Elaine’s daughter, Nicky, who is now 53. Unfortunately, Trebek passed away at the age of 80 in 2020. Just a few months age, Alex Trebek said in an interview that he wanted to spend more time with his wife and family.
