English singer-songwriter Phil Collins bought the former home of fellow musician Jennifer Lopez. The property is located in Miami and brags a yard like no other. One of the reasons why he managed to live there is because his children are based in Florida and he doesn’t want to go far from them.The mansion is 12,153 square feet in living space and features outdoor attractions like a cabana with kitchen, a koi pond, a boat dock, and a stunning swimming pool 60 feet deep. Of course, the property extends to a perfect, breathtaking waterfront view of Miami Beach.

This mansion is certainly one of the proofs that his huge efforts in music have paid off. Collins bought the Mediterranean-style home property for $33 million, and it’s certainly quite a catch! We’re not sure, though, if he paid in full or required a mortgage, but with his total net worth of $300 million, we can quite assume that he paid it in full. Anyway, living in the property gives the everyday vacation feeling and has a flawless view that will probably inspire Collins to write new songs!
