Akon | Diamond Mine

RnB singer and rapper Akon has become very popular in the music industry because he’s been consistently making chart-topping songs that bring in millions of dollars in revenue. Known for his fancy bling and rap music, he thought at some point that it was a good idea to get the sparkly diamonds from the source. So, in 2007, he bought an entire diamond mine.

The mine was located in South Africa and though he did not tell the public how much investment money he put into this lavish purchase, we can all guess that it was a pretty big amount. The exact location of the mine was not revealed either. Akon is surely concerned about his security and privacy in this matter since his purchase is really astounding to the average person. Only a big star like him can afford it!
