He traded this for another house in the same Phoenix suburb. It is likely that since he is no longer a bachelor and is married to Miss California USA Nicole Johnson that he wanted to own a bigger house – he is starting a family after all.

His former house had awesome flooring, measuring a total of 6,088 square feet. Of course, it also had a swimming pool. This new house is estimated to be $10,000 per square foot, so while we may not know the exact price, it is for sure in the multi-million range. It sits on two acres of land and just close to their former home. It also has six bedrooms and eight baths, which is more than enough space for a growing family. It also has a hot tub, sauna, and a barbecue area if they host parties.
