STEVE HARVEY – EST. $200 MILLION

Steve Harvey was born in Welch, West Virginia. His father, a coal miner, named him after the actor Broderick Crawford of the TV series Highway Patrol. Other than performing stand-up comedy, he couldn’t settle down in any job for very long. For the first 3 years, he lived a homeless life.

Many know Harvey as the host of The Steve Harvey Show (among the many other shows that he’s hosting) is reportedly worth $200 million. Interestingly enough, Harvey didn’t have an easy time making it big in Hollywood and was reportedly even homeless during the 80s. To a huge degree, the man struggled a great deal in life and even tried his hand as a boxer to make ends meet. Well, now he’s one of the most successful people in Hollywood, and it’s all thanks to his enviable talent of making people laugh.
