ROBERT DOWNEY JR. – EST. $300 MILLION

American actor, producer, filmmaker, and occasional singer, Robert Downey Jr., who many will know as the guy who plays Tony Stark in the Iron Man films, as well as in all the other films under the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s umbrella, is reportedly worth $300 million. It is, to a huge degree, a far cry from Tony Stark’s billionaire status to be sure, but it still is a heck of a lot of money! Indeed, Downey Jr.’s films have grossed billions of dollars worldwide, and many cannot imagine Tony Stark being portrayed by any other actor but him.

In 1971, he entered the film industry for his role in the movie “Dog”. Downey rose to fame in 1985 with Films such as Grease and Modern Nanny, and made his first appearance as Tony Stark in the marvel film Iron Man in 2008, before appearing in a number of films in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. He has won the BAFTA Award for Best Actor, the Golden Globe Award for Motion Picture and Television, the People’s Choice Award for Favorite Actor, and many other awards.
