Radio personality and author Howard Stern, who’s known for being the host for the radio show The Howard Stern Show, was described by more than a few wealth tracking sites to have an estimated net worth of $650 million. Indeed, Howard Stern, for good or for ill, is widely regarded as the most successful radio personality in America–and he is for rather notorious reasons.

Whatever the case may be, Stern was ever the hard worker, who started his radio career way back in 1979. Much to his credit, he was also able to make a boatload of money from his book, Private Parts, and 500,000 copies of which were sold in the first month after its release. And it was made into a biographical comedy film in 1997 that had Stern and his radio show staff star as themselves which topped the US box office in its opening week and grossed $41.2 million domestically.
